This downtown Houston maternity session was so much fun!  Mom to be is absolutely stunning and her hubby was smitten with his glammed up wife. They were so cute together.  This baby is entering into a home full of love.

We were able to capture some really beautiful moments for this family to look back on.  Mom chose some really glamorous and elegant maternity gowns for her shoot. I love the pictures with mom looking down at baby and dad looking at mom with the sun beaming around them.  It highlights them so nicely and feels like the excitement is radiating right out of them.  The photos in front of the gold door are stunning as well.

And let’s just talk about these gowns for a minute… Gorgeous!! The contrast of the color of the dress against the backdrop of the door really help the eye focus on how beautiful this mommy is.  The dress accentuates her beautiful baby belly, and the miracle of a mother’s ability to create and grow another life. And what would a downtown Houston shoot be without some skyscrapers and street lights?  What a fantastic back drop!

I am so glad this couple chose me to celebrate their first baby with this maternity shoot.  I wish them many blessings as they embark on this new adventure as mom and dad.
